Misinformation is spread to mislead the public. We clarify two cases: In the first, when a person requests to be granted, maintain, or withdraw citizenship, if the Ministry of Justice submits a negative conclusion to the President, within 7 days, it is considered that the citizen's request was refused, and the President does not issue an act. In the second case, if citizenship is to be terminated, according to the law, the President has three months to issue a decree.
