During the meeting, Senator Shaheen and Congressman Turner affirmed the unwavering support of the US for Georgia's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and Euro-Atlantic aspirations. They emphasized that their visit to Georgia was specifically intended to demonstrate and confirm their strong commitment to supporting the democratic future and development of Georgia, rather than being a regional visit.
